Samsung Television Clicking Sound Fix
May 27, 2015
If you purchased a Samsung television manufactured in 2007 – 2008 that is now making a clicking sound, you were smart to look it up in order to see if there was a quick fix. If you are handy and know how to solder, there are some great tutorials showing you how to replace the electrolytic capacitors that are at fault. If soldering and the idea of “messing with your television” makes you uneasy, we can help.
As a full service electronics manufacturing facility, we have the capacitors in stock and the ability to fix your issue and turn your board back around in 24-hours. All that you would need to do is take the back off of the television (a few simple screws), and remove the brown power board (a few screws and releases of cables). We will send you an electronic static discharge bag and padded box for your board to be sent in to us for repair.
Please note, opening up your television does void your warranty, however with it not being operational, the warranty is moot.
If you are interested in pricing, please send us an email at: info@electrosoftinc.com
Please reference your television issue.
