Philadelphia, PA – October 14, 2010 – Electro Soft, Incorporated (www.ElectroSoftInc.com) has been a staple in the Electronic Contract Manufacturing industry for over twenty-four years.  Owner James T. Wallace, SR, started the company after being laid-off from his electrical engineering job.  He was contacted by a client and asked to recreate a specific cable for a blood analyzing machine.  That cable turned into multiple and required Wallace to move from his kitchen table to his garage in an effort to meet the demand.  Twenty-four years later he has an established manufacturing firm that employs twenty-six people and operates out of an 18,000 ft² facility in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

The ironic part of the story is that Wallace pitched the idea of subcontracting bench-top electronics to the bosses at his former company.  They vetoed the proposal.  Now he is operating a successful contract manufacturing business, living out that very idea.
