Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) recently announced the inaugural cohort of the Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN), a business accelerator and comprehensive, executive program designed to help Black- and Latinx-owned companies transcend barriers and scale their business.

The inaugural cohort includes select entrepreneurs across the US, including Karla Trotman, President & CEO of Electro Soft, Incorporated based in Montgomeryville, PA.

Black and Latinx business owners who applied for the program were evaluated based on certain criteria and placed within the “Curated” and “OnDemand” categories. Black and Latinx entrepreneurs will receive access to resources, networks, and capital connections through a planned curriculum and teaming of collaborating companies and organizations.
